Ni Wayan Desi Aryanti

Ni Wayan Desi Aryanti has an extensive experience in energy and corporate transactions, where she worked closely with international counterparts. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for Pertamina (an Indonesian state owned energy company) where she notably handled various LNG deals, including the succesful swap deal with Total and long term LNG sale and purchase agreement with Woodside.

Ni Wayan Desi Aryanti hold bachelor of law degree and master of law from Udayana University. She also received Chevening Scholarship funded by the British Government where she took Master of Law focusing on Corporate Law at University College London.

Deneb Pebriyanto

Deneb Pebriyanto is our firm Managing Partner. He has Bachelor of Law Degree from Gadjah Mada University. He has strong background related to tax matter, permits, government relation and auction of company’s (under liquidation) assets, where he obtained it from Directorate General of State Asset Management (DJKN).

Deneb Pebriyanto’s notable works includes settlement of Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (BPPN)’s assets auction of Hartati Jaya Plywood liquidated asset and auction of state owned banks’ and private banks’ assets.

Agha Dwitya Mahardhika

Agha Dwitya Mahardhika is a Partner at Aryanti & Pebriyanto Law Office. He obtained his Indonesian law degree from the University of Trisakti. Agha, as he is familiarly known; has over 6 years of experience as a lawyer at Juan Felix Tampubolon and Partners before taking up the role of partner at Aryanti & Pebriyanto in 2019. With his extensive knowledge, incisive insights, and practical hands-on approach, he is an extremely competent lawyer who is proactive when managing client’s expectations. He is rapidly establishing a name for himself as a skilled and dedicated lawyer.
